Key Responsibilities

  • Completion of daily and weekly cash books & management of      cash controls
  • Investigation of any errors or discrepancies in cash control      reporting
  • Administration of sales & purchase ledgers including credit      control and preparation of payment runs
  • Assisting with cash flow forecasting & management
  • Main point of contact for Spanish accountant & authorities
  • Providing general administrative support to the Unit General      Manager
  • Local HR responsibilities including the issue of employment      contracts, checking of visas etc.

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Good Microsoft office skills, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of using an accounting system
  • Experience of working in a financial role within the      hospitality / retail sector advantageous

Personal Spec

  • Honest, conscientious and hard working individual
  • Pro-active & self-motivated team player who is also able to      work on own initiative
  • Good communication skills at all levels

Minimum Qualifications

  • Recent, relevant experience considered as valuable as any      qualification
  • Accounting / financial degree or similar qualification an      advantage
